we found love in a HOPELESS PLACE ;*

We Found Love by Rihanna ♥

This song happens to be the best by Rihanna. Through her lyrics you catch the feeling of two star crossed kids who instantly found love out of nowhere. They weren't meant to be, but they just happened. Nothings greater than the feeling of new and true love.
Stated in an interview that her friend and former Island Def Jam record label artist Fefe Dobson was someone that she admired and looked up to. Having a fellow black artist writing, singing, and performing the music she truly loves. Rihanna a Bajan artist is well known all over today. Her song We Found Love is Electro house, Dance-pop. Her music genre varies, from pop to R-n-B, Reggae, Dance to even electro. Some of her past albums have been Music Of The Sun, A Girl Like Me, and Good Girl Gone Bad. Her recent ones are Rated R, and her most latest one Loud.
Ranked #15 on the Maxim magazine Hot 100 of 2008 list, Rihanna not only captures her audience with her music but her distinctive style. Back to her music though, she has many GREAT songs as well as BAD ones.  Some of her hits that have been featured on the Billboard's countdown are listed below. MY favorite still remains We Found Love.

One of her songs not as good is Disturbia. It made the Billboard's chart, but personally I think it was disturbing. Disturbia is the right name for it. Her song was very creepy and the video was even more creepy. I'm not sure of the concept of this song, unless she was trying to scare people. " It's a thief in the night. To come and grab you. It can creep up inside you. And consume you. A disease of the mind. It can control you. It's too close for comfort." - Disturbia. I feel like I'm reading the beginning of a halloween book.
Lately her music has just gotten better and better. We Found Love is the start to a new beginning. With a upbeat and catchy chorus, there's no doubt this will top the music charts. She's branching off into more pop and I feel that this is the style for her. I'm pretty sure a lot of teenage girls can to relate the love she portrays through her music.
